"Unfortunately, I can’t recommend these pans. They’re fairly new and already stick badly despite being properly cleaned and using oil when cooking. I contacted customer service and provided the information/photos they requested, then followed up multiple times. Neither of my follow-up emails received a response. I gave the company an opportunity to resolve the issue before leaving a review, but being completely ignored was honestly more disappointing than the pans themselves."
"I just LOVE this set! The food just slides right out of the pan . My first time using them, I cooked hard boiled eggs in the pot and I forgot about them on the stove. The eggs were burnt and my new pot was all black! I was so upset but I washed it and with a non abrasive pad, I cleaned my pot and you can’t even tell I burned anything! Thank goodness! And I like that they aren’t heavy. I’m so glad I got this set! They’re so pretty. I got the black set with cream color inside."
