Received Damaged Product!! - No Refund!

"I'm giving this only 1 star, because my 12-ounce Oval Ceramic dish was delivered cracked/damaged. Upon sending many emails, uploading photos, and jumping through various hoops, I finally received a return label for the product. Product was repackaged and returned (using the provided label). It has been weeks and I've heard absolutely nothing. I've tried to reach out to Rachel Ray Support and NO RESPONSE! No replacement dishes, no return of payment, no contact at all since I retuned the damaged Oval Ceramic Au Gratin set!"

Ceramic Baking Dish

"I had a set of these in blue with this size and smaller. DO NOT put on stovetop. I broke the large one and bought this to replace it. It’s a great baking dish."

— Sandra C. (5/5)

"Love these. Works nicely for individual dishes, hold a lot of food & easy to clean. Dish is lightweight so it not heavy pulling out of oven."

2. 25 qt baking dish.

"I use this dish maybe 6 times a year. Last week I made a pork tenderloin. Placed the meat in the dish and left it on the counter for 30- 40 min . Baked at 350 for 40 minutes. When I took it out of the oven, juice was leaking out of the bottom. The whole dish was cracked the entire way. After reading some reviews, this looks like it might be a recurring issue. Im hesitant to buy a new one. Thoughts? Anyone else have a similar issue?"
