Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 12 crushed graham crakers (small squares)
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 pint homemade whipped cream

Preparation

Pre-heat the oven to 350°F.

Beat the egg whites, sugar and baking powder until creamy. Add all the other ingredients.

Pour the mixture into a pie pan. Bake for 30 minutes.

Allow the pie to cool. Top with whipped cream while slightly warm. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
