  • 1/2 cup horseradish mustard
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 4 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 8 slices pumpernickel or marble rye bread
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 pound sauerkraut, drained
