Root Beer Russian Float

Marry a White Russian with a classic root beer float for this "adult" fountain drink.

Ingredients

• 2 shots vodka
• 2 shots Kahlua
• 1 shot heavy cream
• 6-8 ounces root beer
• 1 scoop coffee ice cream
• Whipped cream, for garnish
• Maraschino cherry, for garnish

Preparation

In a tall glass, pour the vodka, Kahlua and heavy cream and stir with a tall spoon. Fill the glass with root beer. Using a flat paddle or spoon, flatten the side of one scoop of ice cream and attach it to the side of the glass. Top with whipped cream and a cherry.
