Root Beer Bomb

This soda with a surprise is a great finish to Chicago Dog Salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 pint butter pecan ice cream
  • 4 jiggers spiced rum, such as Captain Morgan brand
  • Cold root beer (3-4 cans or bottles)

Preparation

Pour spiced rum into four tall glasses and top with root beer. Place a scoop of ice cream on rim of glass and serve with a long spoon and a straw.
