Place heavy cream in a stand mixer and whip on high speed. Add a few pinches of powdered sugar and whip until medium or stiff peaks form. If you do not have a stand mixer, you may use a handheld mixer – or if using a whisk, beat by hand. When finished, place in fridge until ready to use.

Gently stir with a whisk until melted and then slowly add the eggnog, milk, and cinnamon. Whisk until smooth and incorporated and heated through- no need to boil. If you need an extra umph, and are of age, add a shot of whisky.

Divide between 2 mugs, place a dollop of whipped cream on top and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and/or a mini candy cane.
